Step 3 – All that is left to do is simply move in. We provide a FREE collection service for you within the Birmingham & Solihull area if booking and paying for minimum 2 months storage.

Unfortunetly, we do not provide electricity to storage units.

Unfortunetly we don’t provide shelving in our storage units. We are happy for you to use your own free-standing shelving in your units providing they are removed when you finish renting it your space.

No, you can store you items how you like. However, we do recommend customers store their belongings in boxes if possible as it’s quicker and easier to move your items in and out at the end of your rental.

Ryans sell boxes and packaging materials on site should you need them.

Customers are advised to pay by direct debit as this is a simply and safe way of ensuring your payments up to date. We accept debit card but unfortunately do not accept credit card or cash.

Mon – Fri: 9:30am – 4:30pm
Saturday: 9am – 1pm
Sunday: Closed
Bank Holidays: Closed

Yes, our storage facility has 24 Hour CCTV and state of the art alarm systems in operation at all times.

Yes, we have FREE parking at our storage facility.

You will be the only person with the keys to access to your room. If you wish for someone else to have access your unit we will require your written permission.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to have access your storage unit outside of our opening times.

Yes, we have a lift for customers with storage space on the upper floor.

Yes, we have several trolleys at the entrance for you to use to take your items to your storage space.

Yes, we have customer toilets available at the front office.

No, unfortunetly we don’t offer this.
